Maʽat · Hall of Two Truths

Weigh the Heart

In ancient Egypt, Maʽat names truth and right order. Her sign is a feather. In the afterlife hall, the heart is weighed against that feather before forty-two assessors, while forty-two confessions of “I have not…” are spoken. This walk borrows the hall without claiming you are in their religion: chambers of love, work, truth, soul, and shared light. One line at a time. Write if you wish. Silence is a full answer. Nothing leaves this device unless you export it.

“At the end of everything… what will your heart weigh?”

The point
